Born in the cloud
Our journey began up there over 20 years ago, and our roots continue to define us. It all started in 2002 in Barcelona’s 22@ district, when we started offering cloud-based solutions for the Spanish SME. At the time, the cloud was something new and companies were only about to discover its value.
We started out as IP-PBX providers and, encouraged by the requests from our customers, we evolved into the world of contact center as a service.
All by ourselves
Unlike traditional providers and operators, we own our own product. This means that we have total control over our development initiatives and are free to innovate alongside our customers and partners.
In the Telavox group, we have a team of over 60 in-house developers and over 60 advisors enabling us to serve the most urgent requirements of our customers and partners.
In addition, we are all superusers of our tool and, when an entire team uses the same platform it sells, you can expect to see constant improvements.
