NUMINTEC adapts to the new General Data Protection Regulation

Since the entry into force of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) of the European Union on May 25, 2018, NUMINTEC has been working to review and adapt both our policies and internal procedures to meet the new requirements.

In particular, we have focused on ensuring full transparency about how we treat the information we collect and process.

New version of InvoxContact Web Agent

Numintec’s InvoxContact Web Agent has been upgraded to a new version, where various existing features have been improved and new features have been introduced. Below you will find a list of all the changes.

Improvements:

  • Improvement of several visual aspects, offering a better experience to the user.
  • Maintenance of hidden functionalities when customizing the appearance of the panels.
  • Improved supervisor panel functionality.

What’s new:

  • New client version: faster, more dynamic and friendly.
  • New Chrome plugins that allow you to call and manage the extension: availability, see the latest calls made and received and the availability of colleagues among other things.

Clàudia de las Heras and Alejandro Correa, winners of the II Numintec Tournament

From 3 to 6 May, the mixed U-15 ‘II Numintec Tournament III Pepe Mascaró Memorial’ was held at the Barcino Tennis Club. In the women’s category, Clàudia de las Heras beat Ane Mintegi by a double 6-4, while in the men’s category Alejandro Correa defeated Marc Othman 6-2 6-4.

With this championship the Club commemorates Pepe Mascaró, a member, player, manager and delegate of various Barcino TC women teams. Mascaró was very appreciated by the Club, and a great promoter of this sport.

The tournament was attended, among other personalities, by Dr. Rafael Guayta, president of the Barcino Tennis Club, and Jordi Marí, deputy of the corporation.

Numintec joins the ‘World Telecommunication and Information Society Day’ (WTISD)

Numintec launches a new updated version of InvoxContact Contact Center agent

The new InvoxContact Contact Center agent application is now available, more usable and with more real-time information.
